And afternoon Transfer from Thimphu to Paro valley After having breakfast, drive to Sangaygang, from here can view the whole capital town and before reaching this viewpoint, will visit Motithang mini-Zoo, here you will see the National animal of Bhutan Takin (Budorcas taxicolor) and probably other too. From viewpoint, hike gently among the pine trees will reach Wangditse Monastery, here will lit some butter lamps and pray for world peace and long lives for sentient beings. Further, gently hike downhill will reach Dechenphodrang Monastery, where Bhutanese young monks get trained for various subjects. Stop for lunch at main town and afternoon stroll while in town and then drive to Paro valley. (Overnight: Hotel in Paro)
    Day 3: Expedition to the sacred Land of Mystery, Paro Chumbu Ney
    After breakfast, will drive north-east of Paro town coming across farmland, village houses and schools will reach to start point of expedition to the sacred Land of Mystery, Paro Chumbu Ney, here will have little refreshment before we start the hiking. The trail goes through dense forest but will meet with various religious monuments. Of course, the representative will assist to explain each and every site. Lunch will be packed and tonight campsite will be below Chumbu Monastery. (Overnight: Camp below Chumbu Monastery).
    Day 4: Explore the sacred Land of Mystery, Paro Chumbu Ney
    Early morning will hike uphill to reach main sacred land of mystery. On the way will meet with very holy and religious sites which will be explained individually. After reaching there, initially will visit the main monastery and will lit the butter lamps, get the blessing and pray for good fortune for forthcoming days for all sentient beings in this universe and one important thing is to get view the statue laying on air, Dorji Pahgmo (Vajra Varahi) in altar room, which is really a amazing and mystery one. Thereafter, will hike little uphill to get view the holy pond (Drupchu) site and will come back for lunch. After lunch, will host some prayer flags and spiritual leader of the monastery will concentrate and all of us will pray for good omens and eject the negative action, then reversed hike downhill to campsite. Reaching camp will be leisure. (Overnight: Camp below Chumbu Monastery).
    Day 5: Reversed Journey to Paro Valley

It is a landmark witnessing the great intelligence and hardship of ancient Chinese people. When you come back from the Great Wall, you will learn to make the colourful Beijing Opera Facial Masks-the cream of Chinese Culture. Facial masks can reflect qualities of different characters and the different colours use also portray a specific characteristic of an individual. Tonight’s dinner, enjoy Beijing most famous culinary dish- Beijing Roast Duck. With its tempting colour, crispy skin and tender meat, this dish is known as one of the best dishes in the world.
    Day 3: Beijing - Temple of Heaven
    Breakfast and proceed to visit the Temple of Heaven, the royal altar where the emperors of the Ming and Qing Dynasties worshipped Heaven. In the afternoon, your Hutong discovery begins. Narrow alleys between rows of quadrangle dwellings, presents traditional Beijing Life. You will take a rickshaw to explore the hutongs and visit a local family where you will get to learn about the architecture, landscape and traditional local life. Here, you will learn Calligraphy, the art of writing Chinese characters; play Diabolo (Chinese YoYo). Also, get to enjoy Dumpling Making for your dinner tonight. Dumplings are a staple food of North China. Here, you will be demonstrated of the various types of dumplings and get to learn some basic skills of dumpling making.
    Day 4: Beijing - Xian : By Train
    After breakfast, proceed to visit the largest city square- Tian-an-men Square. Walk through the square to the Golden Water Bridge. You will enter the largest as well as the best preserved imperial palace complex, Forbidden City. After lunch, you will take a bullet train to Xian. Upon arrival, proceed dinner before checking into the hotel for your overnight stay.
    Day 5: Xian - Terracotta Warriors - Gao Compound - Xian
    Breakfast, today your tour begins with visiting the incredible life-size Terracotta Warriors. These include underground life-sized soldiers, archers, horses and chariots that represent the army which triumphed over other Chinese armies. Visit the Terracotta Warriors Replica Factory to learn about the process of making Terracotta Warriors. Here, you will be shown how to make them using clay.     Day 6: Xian - Shanxi History Museum - Departure

  • Day 1: Arrival - Kunming - Domestic Flight to Lijiang (B/L/D)
    Arrival at Kunming Airport and onwards for your domestic flight to Lijiang and be greeted by our local tour guide upon arrival in Lijiang. After which, proceed to visit Lijiang Ancient Town.
    Day 2: Lijiang (B/L/D)
    Breakfast and start the day with a visit to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain which is the highest mountain at lowest latitude in the northern hemisphere with its major peak of 5596 meters above sea level. It is opposite to Haba Snow Mountain with Jinsha River flowing across through between them. Along the mountain top it is all covered by snow all around the year and that makes it look like a jade dragon lying on the top of the mountain, therefore it was named “Jade Dragon Snow Mountain”. In the afternoon, embark on a brief lesson on Dongba Character. The Dongba Culture is said to been passed on by the Dongbas who were sages that integrated song, dance, the classics, history, painting and medicine. They enjoyed a high social position within the Naxi group. At present, there are no more than 30 Dongbas living in Lijiang, so it is a memorable experience for travelers to visit them. Thereafter, visit the Black Dragon Pool Park, which is also called Jade Spring Park since the water of the pond is green as a shining jade. Tonight, experience dinning with a local family for dinner.
    Day 3: Lijiang - Shangri-la (B/L/D)
    Breakfast, this morning, your day begins with a visit to Baisha Village. Here, you can find the earliest Naxi architectures of Lijiang in Baisha. They were built in the early days of the Ming Dynasty (1368 - 1644) with a simple and unsophisticated style. All the traditional old Chinese houses along the cobbled lanes are still looking like part of the ancient period except some of them are now turned into shops for selling arts and crafts to visitors. After which, continue your journey to Shangri-la and visit The Tiger Leaping Gorge, the world’s deepest river canyon. For dinner, enjoy a Tibetan Hot Pot.
    Day 4: Shangri-la (B/L/D)
    After breakfast, you will visit Potatso National Park and after which a visit to a Tibetan Home to have a better understanding of the life of a local Tibetan. Here, you will have chance to make Bettered Tea, a drink of the Tibetans, made from tea leaves, yak butter and salt.
    Day 5: Shangri-la - Lijiang - Departure (B)

    Upon arrival at Incheon Airport, you are to clear customs and immigration.     Day 2: Cheonan - Yongin - Seoul
    Breakfast at hotel and onwards to Yongin. Our first stop is Kimchi Making Session. Get to make your very own kimchi. Following this, you will get a chance to try on the Hanbok, a traditional costume of Korea and is worn by Korean of all ages on traditional holidays, festivals as well as wedding ceremonies. Your day continues with a visit to Everland Theme Park (All Rides Passport). There are five theme areas along with more than 30 kinds of attractions full of high thrilling and various fun.
    Day 3: Seoul - Yeoido Park - Bibap Show

Moving on, visit the Ice Gallery, an indoor ice sculpture gallery where you will experience doing your own very ice carving. Visit to the Trick Art Museum, which is next on your itinerary. The Trick Art Museum is the first museum in Korea to show optical illusion. Exhibitions on walls and floors are rendered in three dimensions. Exhibitions consist of seven themed sections: Parody Zone (showing famous paintings and sculptures), Animal Zone, Jurassic Zone, Aquarium Zone, Egypt Zone, Magic Zone, and Illusion Zone. Your day ends with watching the entertaining Bibap Show, a non-verbal performance (so you don’t need to worry about a language barrier) based on what is perhaps the signature dish of Korean cuisine: bibimbap. The show is set in a restaurant kitchen where chefs prepare various dishes as orders come in, from Chinese to Italian to Japanese food. But when an order for “the best bibimbap” comes in, some sous chefs decide to enter into a cook-off to fill the order. Through beat-boxing, b-boying, acrobatics, and martial arts, actors turn the preparation of this national dish of rice, vegetables, and beef into an amazing, interactive performance.
    Day 4: Seoul - City Tour
    Breakfast at hotel and embark on an orientation tour of the city. Drive pass the Blue House, Gyeongbok Palace and the National Folklore Museum Visit the Korean Ginseng Showroom and the Bo Kan Yeong Showroom where purchase Korean Ginseng. For some cosmetics, you will visit the Nature Republic Cosmetics and DIY Skin Care. Your day ends at Dongdaemum, Korea’s largest wholesale and retail shopping district.
    Day 5: Seoul - Incheon - Departure
    Breakfast at hotel, thereafter proceed to Namsan Hanok Village, a collection of five hanoks traditional Korean houses) from the Joseon Dynasty (1392-1910), recovered from different parts of the city and relocated to the northern foot of Namsan mountain. The interiors of each of these five houses reflect owners from different walks of life, from the middle class to the yangban (who were mainly high government officials, noblemen and aristocrats. Next, visit the Amethyst Factory to see a wide selection of crystals. Onwards to a local product shop for your last minute shopping spree before your departure to the airport for your homeward flight to Singapore.

  • Day 1: Arrival - Guilin
    Upon arrival at Guilin International Airport, you are to clear customs and immigration. After which, you will be greeted by our local tour guide and transfer to your hotel.
    Day 2: Guilin - Longsheng - Guilin
    Breakfast and after which drive to Longsheng. Stop by the Silk Factory and learn about the process of making silk from silkworms. Here, you may also have an opportunity to purchase some beautiful Qipao as well. Later, visit Longji Rice Terrace - built on hillsides. The terraces look like great chains or ribbons as they wind from the foot to the top of the hill. This ingenious construction makes best use of the scare arable land and water resources in the mountainous area. There are about 66 square kilometers terraced fields in southeast of Longsheng and the Yao and Zhuang Ethnic Tribes.
    Day 3: Guilin - Yangshuo
    This morning, your day begins with a delicious local breakfast of Guilin : Guilin Rice Noodles. The rice noodles are made from oil and rice flower. They are cooked in broth and served in a bowl of soup made from pork, beef, garlic, peanuts and pepper. After breakfast, we will visit a Tea Plantation and enjoy a tea picking and making experience. You will also get to enjoy a Tea Soup Meal, which is a distinct flavor of Guilin. The Tea Soup Meal originates from the ethnic people living in the mountainous areas that make and drink it as a way to warm themselves in winter as well as for rejuvenation and to feel energetic. After lunch, proceed to visit the Li River (Xingping Section). Gorgeous Karst peaks give you surprises at each bend of the limpid river under the blue sky. Water buffalo patrol the fields, peasants reap rice paddies, school children and fishermen float by on bamboo rafts. With this breathtaking view and a taste of life far removed from the concrete metropolis, the scenery along the river has become of China’s top tourist destinations. In the afternoon, enjoy cycling around the village and get to see the local lifestyle of the villagers and the beautiful scenery surrounding it. On the way, you will stop over at a villager’s home to learn more about the local farmers’ life as well as fruit picking at an orchard (seasonal fruits available). Following this, enjoy a Taro Meal with different dishes made from Taro such as : Lipu Taro Looped Meat, a famous traditional dish of Guilin which is always served at a traditional Guilin banquet during festivals and weddings. In the evening, take a stroll along the West Street and attend the Impression Liu Sanjie Show (optional tour). This is an outdoor performance, set in admist mountains and rivers in Yangshuo Country. The performance in this natural Shanshui Theatre is a masterpiece combining an awesome natural stage with excellence in theatrical production.
    Day 4: Yangzhou - Taiji - Cooking Class
    This morning you will have an opportunity to learn Taiji and receive a technically sound foundation that will not only teach you the physical movements of the forms but also providing you the basis for lifelong improvement that enables stimulation of your internal energy. Whether your purpose is for health, body building, self defense or cultivating inner harmony, Tai Chi has benefits for all. Following this, try your hands at making some local Yangzhou dishes at a Cooking Class including a tour of Yangzhou market to learn about the ingredients used in this region. You will get the savor the dishes that you have whipped up for lunch and after which, we will proceed to visit the Silver Cave. Here, you will probably be impressed by its high hollow sky deep underground river, impending waterfall and dense stalagmite. Your day ends with having Yangshuo Beer Fish for dinner. This fresh carp fish is fried in a wok along with beer, hot and green peppers, garlic, onions, celery and tomatoes. You will be amazed at how delicious, fresh and tender the fish skin is. Eating Yangshuo’s beer fish will be an unforgettable culinary experience.
    Day 5: Yangshuo - Gudong Waterfall - Dayu - Guilin
    After breakfast, visit the famous four-star national scenic spot – Gudong Waterfall Scenic Spot. You may experience the natural oxygen bar and tropical jungle by foot. Following this, visit the South China Pearl Centre on the way to Gudong. The Saltwater pearls are native to Beihai, grown within pearl oysters, family Pteriidae, which live in oceans. The most valuable pearls occur spontaneously in the wild, but they are extremely rare. These wild pearls are referred to as natural pearls. After lunch, visit Dayu Ancient Town. The two-kilometre-long ancient street is paved with bluestones slabs, with well-preserved old buildings standing alongside. Most buildings feature the styles of the architecture of Ming and Qing Dynasties. Experience the life on the island by picking seasonal fruits and crops in Maozhu, a small island on the Li River. Also, you will get to enjoy a meal together with various delicacies prepared by local farmer. After dinner, unwind by playing firecrackers and see the beautiful sparks shinning in the sky.
    Day 6: Guilin - Departure
    Breakfast at hotel. Leisure time until departure transfer to Guilin International Airport for your homeward flight back home. Arrive home with happy and fond memories of your tour with CTC Travel.

    Day 2: Siem Reap - Angkor Wat
    Breakfast and onwards to visit the ancient fortified city of Angkor Thom (Great Angkor or Great City), was built by Angkor’s greatest King, Jayavarman V11. Located within Angkor Thom and consists of 54 towers, each with 4 faces, have become one of the most recognizable images connected to classic Khmer art and architecture. Proceed to the Elephants Terrace, Terrace of the Leper King and the Phimeanakas. Next, visit Ta Prohm, a temple in its ‘natural state’ surrounded by jungles. Its stone hallways is overgrown with roots and limbs of the massive Banyan Trees which envelope the stones like tentacles. In the afternoon, visit the World Heritage – Angkor Wat, the largest temple in the world with a volume of stones equalizing that of the Cheops Pyramid in Egypt. The temple was built by King Suryarvarman !! from 1113-1150AD when the Khmer civilization was at the heights of its development represent one of the humankind’s most astonishing and enduring architectural achievements. In the evening, proceed to view the sunset at Phnom Bakheng (subject to weather conditions)
    Day 3: Siem Reap - Angkor Silk Farm - Fun Activity
    After breakfast, visit a Cambodian lacquer ware workshop followed by Angkor Silk Farm. Learn about the process of silk making from the mulberry bushes cultivation to the production of silk fabrics and accessories. Spend the rest of the afternoon doing a fun filled activity. You may choose One Option Activity: Option A: Cooking Class : Learn to prepare Khmer dishes & a visit to the local market. Option B: Charity Work : For the humanitarians, pay a visit to an orphanage. Option C: Eco-tourism : Oxcart rides, fishing and rowing in the ponds, cycling outdoors. Option D: Ceramic Workshop : Create your unique piece in a hands-on ceramic lesson.
    Day 4: Siem Reap - Phnom Penh
    Breakfast and transfer to Phom Penh, the capital of Cambodia by Giant Ibis public bus. Upon arrival, transfer to visit the Royal Palace (proper attire) and Silver Pagoda. The Royal Palace is the official residence of King Norodom Sihamony. Following this, you will visit the Tuol Sleng Museum, known as the Museum of Genocidal Crimes.It was used by the Khmer Rouge as a detention and torture center in the late 1970. Today, the building houses exhibits, paintings and photographs of many of the victims. Transfer to the Killing Fields of Choeung Ek – a soccer-field-sized area surrounded by farmland. The killing fields contain mass graves, for perhaps 20,000 Cambodians, many of whom were tortured before being killed.
    Day 5: Phom Penh - Departure

Continue and visit the place where at last the statues found their home and admire the wonders of the classical era, the museum of Acropolis (Mondays closed).     Day 3: Athens - Argolis (Corinth Canal, Epidaurus, Nafplion, Mycenae) - Olympia (B/D)

It was also the dervish lodge (tekke) of the Mevlevi order, better known as Whirling Dervishes. We will be visiting the Seljukian Caravanserai “Sultanhan” on the way to Cappadocia.     Day 7: Cappadocia (B/L/D)
    Early morning hot air ballooning tour (optional) watching the landscape in the safe hot air balloon basket, gliding from the sky through the valleys, going up-down the sky and seeing the beauties of Cappadocia in different aspects is just an amazing experience. After breakfast, whole day sightseeing tour starting with the Underground city which was built during the early Christian period for outlive and keep their faith. Then, we visit pottery factory.     Day 4: Washington DC - Corning - Niagara Falls

    Day 5: Niagara Falls - Boston
    This morning, board the famous Maid of Mist (optional). Stroll on Goat Island with the mist from the falls spraying up in your face. You may choose to watch an impressive 45 minute IMAX film (optional) on the whopping 45 by 25 foot screen. Continue on to Boston, arriving in the evening.
    Day 6: Boston - Rhode Island - Plymouth Rock - Boston
    Start the day with a visit to one of the best universities in the world, the great old Harvard University and MIT. Next, visit some of Boston’s attractions such as the State House of Massachusetts, Boston Tea Party and Freedom Trail. Board the Boston Harbor Cruise (optional) and enjoy the fantastic view of Boston’s skyline. Get a chance to have an authentic Bostonian lunch at Quincy Market, a popular food plaza for Bostonians. In the afternoon, visit Rhode Island – the smallest state in the U.S. and see The Breakers, a 70 room mansion constructed more than a century ago. See this National Historic Landmark (NHL) and be amazed by its grand architecture and interior design. Stop at Plymouth where you’ll see the Plymouth Rock, the rock that was at the site of where the first Pilgrims landed. Return to Boston in the evening.
    Day 7: Boston - New Haven - 5th Avenue Shopping
    Visit Yale University this morning at New Haven, Connecticut. A university well known for educating US top leaders. Arrive in New York in the afternoon. Take a stroll in New York City, see the 3 major districts – Chinatown, Italy Street and SOHO or visit New York City Hall. Next, we will head for the Brooklyn Bridge, the first steel wire suspension bridge in the world. Thereafter, opt for some retail therapy at one of the world’s most coveted shopping paradise, Fifth Avenue.
    Day 8: New York - West Point - Woodbury Outlets
    This morning, visit West Point Military Academy and see its magnificent grounds and facilities. Then, continue to Woodbury Outlets Mall where a shopping experience of a lifetime awaits you.
    Day 9: New York - Singapore
    Bid farewell to New York City this morning and transfer to the airport for your scheduled flight back to Singapore.
